1. Healthy day before
For a healthy digestive system on janamshtami day, have a healthy diet on previous day. A day before fast avoid oily food and spicy food that may cause gastric and acidity problems.
2.Binge on water
Have lots of water on your fasting day as this will keep you hydrated and boost up your metabolism. Water also helps to keep you full on fasting day.
3.Enjoy a ‘fruity’ day
