The cozy monsoon calls for a comfortable sitting in your bed,enjoying the sweet weather with some comforting snacks. Your morning walks, gym workouts, dance classes etc can all come to a halt. Rain God is  a little harsh on those people who enjoy outdoor exercises during monsoon season. But, not to worry! Maintain your fitness by just approaching to your workout in different ways.

Sweeping the house is something which involves many muscles of our body. Hand washing of the clothes or dishwashing are few others to add.

 

5.MAKE YOUR FEETS DANCE-

Enjoying this monsoon staying indoors can be done by dancing like a freak in your bedrooms or lobby on high energy tracks , as if nobody's watching. It not only sheds calories, but also strengthens and tones the major muscles of our body.

 

6.MAKING THE CORE STRONGER!

Now, this is something quite explanatory that after lifting the heavy weights in gym, what’s next? Doing some core strengthening exercises like push ups, squats, lunges etc are an excellent options for improving the muscle strength.

 

7.YOGA

Yes, you are right that yoga is all about increasing flexibility but it’s also a must for building our immunity and aids in reducing respiratory problems. These yoga ‘asanas’ recharge our body and mind.

 

8.SPOT JOGGING

a safer, cheaper and convenient option to shed some calories is spot jogging. You don’t have to go anywhere, no need to look for an empty space to exercise. Just choose a spot and begin!
