A dietician is someone who has studied about food and nutrition or clinical health nutrition. They have at least bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition accompanied with a practical training period in a hospital or community setting.

Anyone who has the knowledge about food and nutrition can call themselves a nutritionist. They don’t have a degree.

Is it okay if I cannot meet personally and take diet plans online?

Yes, it’s completely okay if you cannot meet dietician garima personally because of the busy schedule. In fact you can call her or text her about the doubts you have about your diet plans. She will send you a diet plan through e-mail or Whatsapp (as per your convenience)

Can I lose weight just with a diet plan without exercising?

NO. You need to do some physical activity in order to lose weight. Considering individual variances, one can lose upto 3-5 Kgs in 1 month, provided that you are engaged in physical activity of any kind (walking, running, cycling, jogging- anything that keeps your body active) for at least 40 minutes, because diet alone cannot do wonders to your body.  

Do I need to stop eating after 7 pm for a healthy lifestyle?

No. “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar!” is just a myth now. Your calories need to be equally divided throughout the day depending on your lifestyle.
